Pet Buddies are fully insured pet care and dog walking providers based in Midhurst, West Sussex. We cover areas within 15 miles radius of Midhurst, from Chichester to Haslemere and Petersfield to Petworth (locations outside of this may be covered, please call for details).

Our aim is to provide a friendly and professional pet care service to suit all needs. With 30 years experience, owning and working with animals, we have a sound knowledge and understanding of pet care and some of the problems faced by owners. Due to facing some of these problems ourselves, we decided we wanted to help other owners by providing practical, affordable pet care services.

Dog Walking

• Your dog or dogs will be collected from your home and walked for either 30 or 60 minutes. The walk will take place in your local area, either within walking distance or if your dogs are happy travelling, a short car trip away.
• Your dog or dogs can be walked alone or in a small group (all owners must consent). Bitches in season, dogs in training and nervous dogs will always be walked alone.

Dog Day Care & Dog Day Visits

• Want to go out for the day but are unable take your dog with you?
• Have you got a new puppy who needs some extra attention in their early months to help reinforce your training?
• Do you work all day and need help looking after your dog? Maybe they require medication during the day?
• With Dog Day Visits they can be visited in your home during the day. Your dog can be fed, watered, let out in the garden or walked and given lots of attention. The visits will be tailored to their requirements and can include medicating them.
• Alternatively, your dog can spend the day with us. They can be picked up from your home in the morning and returned to you in the evening. This is ideal for dogs who are not used to being left alone and especially for puppies. They will have company and attention throughout the day.

Cat Sitting

• Does your cat run and hide at the mention of their travel box? Do you have a fight to get them into their box? Do they hate travelling? Or do you get a sad looking face watching you as you leave them at the cattery?
• Our Cat Sitting Service allows your cat to stay in the comfort of their own home while you are away.
• They will be visited twice daily to be fed, watered and have their litter trays cleaned. At the same time they will be checked over from nose to tail and given lots of TLC!
• Confinement can be very stressful for cats; it may lead to behavioural problems or stress related illnesses. A boarding cattery environment is very different to your home. Factors such as unfamiliar smells, change of routine, and lack of human contact, exercise and stimulation could potentially mean a stressful experience for your cat.

Small Pet Sitting

• If you are going away on holiday and need your small pets looking after, this is the one for you.
• Your pet will be visited daily to be fed, watered and their housing cleaned. They will be fully checked over and given lots of attention.

Horse Care

• Are you going away on holiday?
• Finding an experienced person to care for your horse can be a difficult task
• With over 30 years experience riding, owning and working with horses, you can have piece of mind that your horse will be receiving quality care in your absence.
• A minimum of twice daily visits to your yard or field.
• All stable/yard and horse care duties can be undertaken. Your horses routine doesn't have to change just because you are away.
• This service is tailored to your horses needs.
• Do you need any help on a day to day basis with your horses? Or only need to be away for a morning or evening. We could also assist you with this.
